ALPHARETTA, Ga. - Myles Chatham has been named Vice President of Chathambilt Homes, Inc. and manages the day-to-day operation of the company’s newest residential neighborhood, Parkside at the Polo Fields, in Forsyth County.

Parkside is an active adult neighborhood, the first of its kind for the legendary Chathambilt team. The new community consists of 49 semi-custom residences, all Chatham crafted and priced from the $500s.

Chatham began his career 5 years ago after graduating from Reinhardt College in Waleska, Georgia. “We’re proud to have Myles in our family business,” said David Chatham, president of Chatham Holdings, Inc. “He brings a new energy, fresh ideas, a solid managerial mind and an intuitive residential development skill set.”

Chatham’s involvement with Parkside began early, even before the neighborhood was a fully envisioned concept. He was instrumental in initiating a series of focus groups with prospective active adult home buyers to gage their interest and seek out ideas in what an ideal living environment would look like. With such detailed research, Myles’ Chathambilt team was able to develop a uniquely different neighborhood with homes tailored to a very specific lifestyle.
